OUR PROCESS

IDEA SKETCH
CLAY SCULPTURE
FINAL PRODUCT

1. Consultation/scope review/quoting – Each project begins with a consultation with our design team via email(s) or a call. Based on the requirements (i.e. quantity, size, material, and complexity) we will provide a quote and any recommendations etc. A deposit will be required before we move forward.

2. Sketch/Design* – A drawing or sketches are made of your concept based on our conversations and/ or any the images provided.

3. Sculpt* – A clay model is then sculpted based on the approved renderings. Pictures are sent throughout the process for approval and feedback.

4. Mold Making and Material Choices* – We work with many different materials including plaster, resin, concrete, glass, or metal. Once approved, a mold is taken of the clay sculpture.

5. Finish Options* – Different options are available depending on the material, examples can be shown upon request.

6. Packaging and Shipping Options – We can customize shipping to best serve the project. Customized packaging, and/or drop ship is available. We use expanding foam to ensure safe arrival of each piece.

7. Timeline – Projects typically take around 6-8 weeks to complete, although expediting is possible. Additional time may be added for any approval delays.

Fees and Costs – A deposit is required to start any project. In most cases there is a sculpting and mold making fee, this fee may vary or be waived based on the project’s scope and complexity.
